【摘要】 目的探讨康复训练在肘关节骨折术后康复中的意义。方法对55例肘关节骨折术后的患者进行系统的早期康复治疗,并对肘关节功能进行评定。结果 55例患者Mayo肘关节评分:优32例,良16例,可7例,优良率87.3%,肘关节活动度良好。结论早期康复能减少肘关节术后粘连,最大限度恢复肘关节功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the way and effect of the early rehabilitation training for postoperative fracture around the elbow joint.Methods 55 patients with fractures at elbow were operated with internal fixation,the rehabilitation process begun at day 1 postoperation.After systematic rehabilitation,the function of elbow were evaluated with Mayo scores and ROM.Results In all of the 55 patients,the Mayo score at follow-up was excellent in 32,good in 16,and poor in 7.The excellent and good ratio was 87.3%.Conclusion Early stage postoperative rehabilitation in the fractures of the elbow could prevent adhesion and facilitate function restoration.更多还原
