【摘要】 目的探讨永久起搏器植入术常见并发症出现原因、预防措施及处理办法。方法回顾分析2006年1月～2011年1月所完成的310例永久起搏器植入术并发症类型及处理措施。结果并发症出现30例,其中误穿锁骨下动脉5例,气胸2例,囊袋出血18例,囊袋缺血坏死1例,电极脱位1例,穿刺侧上肢肿胀1例,起搏器介导心动过速2例,所出现的并发症经及时处理后均好转。结论术前了解起搏器植入并发症类型,术中积极预防,发生后及时正确处理,是起搏器植入术并发症防治的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe common cause,preventive measures and treatment methods of common complications after operation of implanting permanent pacemaker.Methods 310 cases of implantation and treatment were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.Results The 30 cases complication appeared in 310 example patients,five cases of inadvertent puncture of subclavian artery,2 cases of Pneumothorax,18 cases of capsular hemorrhage,1 case of capsular ischemic necrosis,1 case of dislocation of electrode,one case of upper limb swelling,2 cases of pacemaker intervening tachycardia,which became better after timely treatment.Conclusion Preoperative knowledge of complication of pacemaker implantation type,active prevention after the occurrence of intraoperative,timely and correct treatment were the key to prevent complication of pacemaker implantation.更多还原
