【摘要】 目的探讨尿促黄体生成激素(LH)半定量试纸在指导受孕、准确预测排卵方面的作用。方法采用尿LH半定量试纸观察尿LH值在排卵前后的不同变化,恰当选择排卵最佳时机指导受孕或者确定HCG注射日。结果观察200个排卵周期,其中60个自然排卵周期,50个IVF自然周期,90个IVF微刺激周期。显示尿LH半定量检测试纸结合阴道B超,可为不孕夫妇指导受孕,提高妊娠率。结论应用尿LH半定量试纸结合阴道B超对监测卵泡生长和预测排卵是简便易行、准确的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical value of the semi-quantitative LH urine test paper in prediction of ovulation time and guidance for sexual strip.Methods To observe the urine LH results before and after ovulation by semi-quantitative LH urine test,then guide the optimal time for sexual strip or HCG trigger.Results Monitoring ovulation by LH urine test paper and transvaginal ultrasonography,including 60 natural IVF cycles,90 mini-stimulation IVF,can improve the pregnant rate.Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography combined with LH urine test paper is a convenient and reliable method to monitor the growth of ovarian follicle and predict the ovulation.更多还原
