【摘要】 目的:了解αB-晶体蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达情况,探讨αB-晶体蛋白与乳腺癌的发生、发展的关系。方法:随机抽取57例乳腺癌患者病理组织切片标本,利用免疫组化染色方法,观察αB-晶体蛋白在肿瘤组织中的表达情况。结果:αB-晶体蛋白在乳腺癌组织中表达阳性率明显高于在癌旁正常组织中表达的阳性率(P<0.01);在浸润性导管癌组织中的表达阳性率明显高于无浸润导管癌中的阳性率(P<0.05);αB-晶体蛋白表达阳性率与癌细胞的分化程度不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:αB-晶体蛋白的表达与乳腺癌的发生和发展有关,但与乳腺癌的分化程度无关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Study the expression of αB-crystal albumen in mammary cancer tissue,explore the relationship between αB-crystal albumen and the occurrence and development of mammary cancer. Method: Take 57 mammary cancer sufferers’ slice samples of pathology tissue by chance,make use of immunohistochemistry staining method and observe the expression of αB-crystal albumen in cancer tissue. Result: The positive expression rate of αB-crystal albumen in mammary cancer tissue is obviously higher than that of expression in normal tissue beside the tumour( P < 0. 01); the positive expression rate of αB-crystal albumen in invasive ductal carcinoma tissue is obviously higher than that of expression in non-invasive ductal carcinoma tissue( P < 0. 05); the positive expression rate of αB-crystal albumen doesn’ t have a statistically significant relationship with the differentiation grade of cancel cell( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: The expression of αB-crystal albumen has a significant relationship with the occurrence and development of mammary cancer,but it has no significant relationship with the differentiation grade of cancel cell.更多还原
