【摘要】 简述了核电调速器HDBT410行星架铸件的结构与技术要求,对原工艺生产铸件产生缩孔、缩松缺陷的原因进行了分析;根据分析,改进和优化了铸造工艺,主要措施有:采用顶注式浇注系统分层浇注方式,使温度分布更为合理;采用压边热冒口,使冒口系统能有效发挥补缩作用;在集渣包下设置过滤网,对铁液进行过滤和净化;控制浇注时间在68s以内等,使缩孔、缩松及夹渣缺陷得以解决。

【Abstract】 The configuration and technical requirements of HDBT410 planet frame used for speed controller of nuclear power station was described briefly. The reason causing shrinkage cavity and porosities of castings produced with original method was analyzed. Based on the analysis,the casting method was improved and optimized. The main measures included:using top gated gating system and pouring layer after layer to make the temperature distribution more rational;using hot kiss riser to make the riser having effective feeding effect;setting filter under the slag collector to filter and purify the iron melt;controlling pouring time less than 68 s,etc. As the result,the shrinkage and slag inclusion defects have been eliminated.
