【摘要】 子宫内膜癌(Endometrial cancer,EC)是女性生殖系统较常见的恶性肿瘤,其发病率不断上升并呈年轻化趋势。手术是主要的治疗方法。系统的盆腔淋巴结加腹主动脉旁淋巴结切除术对患者的预后具有重要的意义。放化疗为术后重要的辅助治疗方式。孕激素对于年轻、要求保留生育功能的早期高分化EC安全有效,但仍有复发及疾病进展的风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Endometrial cancer(EC)is the most common malignancies in female reproductive system.And in recent years,its incidence is rising and EC patinets were getting younger and younger.Surgery as the main method of treatment.Systematic pelvic lymphadenectomy plus para-aortic lymphadenectomy have great importance to the prognosis of patients.Chemotherapy and radiotherapy are adjuvant therapy after operation.Progestational therapy is safe and effective for women affeted by early stage,low-grade EC,who want to retain the fertility function.更多还原
