【摘要】 目的评价肝包虫外膜内外囊切除术治疗肝包虫病中预防胆道损伤的临床研究。方法将48例接受手术治疗的肝包虫病患者分为两组:传统组17例行内囊摘除术,新式组31例行内外囊切除术,比较两组临床疗效及预后。结果新式组较传统组术中出血量少,手术时间短,术后胆红素恢复正常时间、术后带管时间均较短,术后胆汁瘘发生率低20.30%,原位复发率低17.65%,P均<0.05。结论外膜内外囊切除术有如下优点:手术简单、创伤小、出血少;并发症少,较少胆道损伤几率,减少包虫复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate clinical study of total subadventitial cystectomy in liver hepatic preventing bile duct injury.Methods 48 patients with liver hepatic hydatid received operation treatment were divided into two groups:17 patients underwent excision of internal capsule group,31 cases underwent inside and outside capsule resection,then clinical curative effect and prognosis of two groups were compared.Results Bleeding in new group was less than the traditional group,the quantity was little,bilirubin recovery time and operation time were short,the incidence of bile fistula after operation was 20.30%,low recurrence rate 17.65%,P was less than 0.05.Conclusion The outer membrane and cystic resection has the following advantages: simple operation,less trauma,less bleeding;fewer complications,less likely to reduce the recurrence of bile duct injury and hepatic hydatid.更多还原
