【摘要】 目的:探讨螺旋CT增强扫描和静脉肾盂造影对肾盂旁囊肿的诊断价值对照。材料与方法:对治疗证实的4例肾盂旁囊肿的螺旋CT增强扫描和静脉肾盂造影表现进行回顾性分析总结。结果:肾盂旁囊肿表现为肾盂内囊性病灶,无对比剂进入囊肿内,而周边肾盏及肾盂受压变形,静脉肾盂造影肾盂充盈缺损,肾盂肾盏拉长,并有弧形压迹。结论:CT多期增强扫描和静脉肾盂造影结合能对肾盂旁囊肿做出准确的诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: To investigate the enhanced spiral CT scan and intravenous urography in diagnosis of parapelvic cust control. Materials and Methods: spiral CT for the treatment of confirmed 4 cases of parapelvic cyst enhancement scan and intravenous pyelography were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results: parapelvic cyst showed renal cystic lesions,without contrast agent into the cyst,and the surrounding renal calyx and pelvis compressive deformation,intravenous pyelography,renal pelvic filling depect,renal pelvis and lengthen,arc pressure trace. Conclusion: CT scan and intravenous pyelography with can make accurate diagnosis of parapelvis cyst.更多还原
