分离式差分结构容栅传感器转速扭矩测试系统

【摘要】 针对坦克装甲车辆工作环境恶劣、信号干扰大、空间狭小等问题,提出了分离式差分结构容栅传感器转速扭矩测试系统。分离式差分结构容栅传感器是把传统的交叉式差分结构改进为分离式差分结构,对容栅传感器结构的完善,减少了两差动电容极板之间的寄生电容,提高了传感器测试精度。实验表明:通过传感器结构的合理改进,使得系统的转速相对误差低于0.5%,扭矩相对误差低于2%。

【Abstract】 Armored vehicles often work in harsh environment and the signal jammed is serious.Moreover,the internal space of armored vehicles is so compact that extra test system must be mounted in a small space.For these,a rotating speed and torque measuring system based on separate differential capacitive grate transducer was presented.Separate differential capacitive grate transducer was a complementary and perfect on traditional capacitive grate transducer.The structure of separate differential capacitive grate transducer was separated grate,but that of capacitive grate transducer was intersecting.Separated grate could reduce the parasitic capacitance between the two differential capacitance plate so that the sensitivity and accuracy of sensor was improved.Experiments results showed that through the reasonable improvement of sensor structure,the relative error of the speeds was less than 0.5%and the relative error of the torque was less than 2%.
