【摘要】 目的探讨实施运动处方对腰椎减压固定融合术患者的康复效果。方法对2012年1月~8月本科室收治的施行腰椎后路切开椎管减压加cage椎间融合椎弓根内固定术的患者60例,按非随机同期分组的方法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例,康复组进行运动处方干预,对照组进行常规护理处理。结果纳入研究的60例患者全部完成随访,对术后3 d以及出院前进行JOA评分,术后3 d两组疗效无明显统计学差异,出院前康复组疗效优于对照组。结论应用运动处方对腰椎减压固定融合术患者的康复有良好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the rehabilitation effect of exercise prescription in patients after lumbar decompression and fusion. Methods From January to August 2012 there were 60 patients carried out lumbar spinal decompression and posterior open interbody fusion cage pedicle screw fixation in our department. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group,and was discharged on postoperative one week. The observation group wrer given exercise prescription intervention and the control group were given routine nursing. Results A total of 60 patients enrolled in the study completed follow- up,the JOA score were assessed 3d after operation and before discharged; 3d after operation the scores of two groups has not significant statistical difference,but before discharge the effect of observation group is better than control group. Conclusion The exercise prescription has good rehabilitation effect on patients undergone lumbar decompression and fusion surgery.更多还原
