【Abstract】 The quality of medical record collection include collecting timeliness and structural integrity.The hospital has improved the medical record management mode to make the collecting medical record frequency from 3 times a week to each working days,and change the check of structure integrity of the medical record at the record room to the department.The improvement has made the recovery rate of the inpatient medical record within 3 working days from the patients after discharge from under 30% to 95%.更多还原
