【摘要】 目的探讨婴儿泳疗对0～3个月婴儿神经行为发育的影响。方法对56名0～3个月龄接受泳疗的婴儿(泳疗组)和54名同月龄段未接受泳疗的婴儿(对照组),对照组只采用常规保健,观察组在常规保健的基础进行每周3次以上的泳疗,分别于3个月龄时进行小儿神经心理行为发育评估,比较两组的神经行为发育情况。结果两组婴儿在大运动、语言、个人交往等三个能区的发育商具有统计学意义的差异。(p<0.01)。结论泳疗对0～3个月龄婴儿神经行为发育有一定促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the neurobehavioral development influences of swimming therapy in 0 ～3 months infants.Methods 56 0 ～ 3 months babies made the swimming therapy and other 54 0 ～ 3 months babies didn’t make swimming therapy,did neurology developmental evaluation when they were 3 months old.Compared the Developmental Quotient between the two groups.Results There had statistical difference between the two groups in gross motor development,language and personal-social area(p < 0.01).The scores of swimming group was higher than the control group.Conclusion Swimming therapy can provide a boost to the neurobehavioral development in 0 3 months infants.更多还原
