【摘要】 目的探讨手术室乳腺专科组护士术前访视在乳腺癌手术中的应用效果。方法选取乳腺科60例乳腺癌手术患者随机分为观察组(n=30),对照组(n=30)。观察组采用专科组护士进行术前访视,对照组采用一般的访视方法,登记两组术前访视单,记录SAS值、收集手术患者术后对手术室护士的满意度。结果观察组焦虑值低于对照组,心理状态和满意度明显高于对照组,p<0.05,有统计学意义。结论乳腺专科组护士对乳腺癌患者进行术前访视,能有效缓解患者焦虑,提高对护士的满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Explore the application effect operating room breast specialist group preoperative visits in breast cancer surgery.Methods Select Breast Surgery 60 cases of breast cancer surgery were randomly divided into two groups(n = 30),and the control group(n = 30).Observation group preoperative visit specialist group,the control group visits,registered preoperative visits single record SAS value collection of surgical patients on the operating room nurse satisfaction.Results Anxiety value of the observation group,state of mind and satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group,p < 0.05,statistically significant.Conclusion Application breast specialist group of breast cancer patients with preoperative visit,patients can effectively relieve anxiety,improve nurse satisfaction.更多还原
