【摘要】 目的探讨整蛋白型肠内营养制剂能全素在胎儿生长受限(FGR)的临床应用效果。方法对2007年1月～2010年6月产科孕30～31w FGR初产单胎无其他合并症孕妇100例进行编号,单号为观察组(n=50),双号为对照组(n=50)。在常规治疗FGR过程中两组热量、各营养素相同情况下加餐饮食应用能全素750ml为观察组,应用普通食物为对照组;测量两组治疗前后孕妇的宫高(UFH)、腹围(AC)、体重(WT)及胎儿双顶径(BPD)、头围(HC)、腹围(AC)、股骨长(FL),并统计其增长值进行比较。结果观察组孕妇的UFH、AC、WT及胎儿的BPD、HC、AC、FL增长均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论FGR在常规治疗过程中总热量、各营养素相同情况下加餐饮食应用整蛋白型肠内营养制剂胎儿生长发育增长速度优于应用普通食物,具有良好的治疗效果,可作为治疗方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study was intended to investigate the clinical effects of Nutrison,an intact protein enteral nutrition preparation,on fetal growth restriction(FGR). Methods One hundred pregnant women with 30-31-week primiparous single-fetus FGR and without other complications admitted to our hospital over January 2007 to June 2010 were numbered;patients with odd numbers were used as the observation group(n=50) and those with even numbers as the control group(n=50).During the process of conventional FGR therapy,with patients in the two groups exposed to the same energy and nutrients,750 ml of Nutrison was additionally given to the observation group while common food was given to patients in the control group.Uterine fundus heights(UFH),abdomen circumferences(AC) and body weights(WT) of the women as well as biparietal diameters(BPD),head circumferences(HC),abdomen circumferences(AC) and femoral lengths(FL) of the fetuses were measured before and after treatment;the increases were calculated and comparison was performed. Results Increases of BPD,HC,AC and FL in the observation group were greater than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion With the same total energy and nutrients given during the conventional therapy of FGR,additional supply of the intact protein enteral nutrition preparation appeared superior to common food and exhibited favorable effects in increasing the fetal growth and development rate.It may be employed as a treatment.更多还原
