基于PC104总线和CPLD的大功率水冷机组控制器的设计
Design of High-power Water-cooled Unit Controller Based on PC104 and CPLD
【摘要】 介绍了一种基于PC104总线和CPLD技术的大功率水冷机组控制器的软硬件设计。通过传感器摄取实时温度、流量和压力等信息,键盘切换"手动"或"自动"运行模式并设定系统目标温度值及故障报警值等参数,人机画面显示系统动静态运行效果,RS422通信接口接收远程遥控指令并发送控制状态及故障信息,PI算法调节电磁阀动作频率。实验结果表明,本设计实现了大功率设备或装置制冷的可靠性和稳定性。
【Abstract】 The paper introduces the software and hardware design of a high-power water-cooled unit controller based on PC104 and CPLD.The controller intakes of real-time temperature,fl ow rate and water pressure by means of different sensors,switches "manual" or "automatic" operation mode and sets the parameters such as target temperature and alarm parameters with keyboard,displays static and dynamic operating results by LCD,receives remote control commands and sends control status and fault information through RS422 communication,adjusts the switching frequency of the electromagnetic valve applying PI algorithm.The experimental results showed that this design achieves the reliability and stability in cooling of high-power equipment or devices.
