【Abstract】 ULTIMA2 inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer(ICP-AES) is made in FRANCE HORIBA Jobin Yvon SAS company.The instrument is used for the determination of concentration of elements in a sample.The elements are determined either qualitatively or quantitatively.The plasma emission spectrometer comprises of five main parts:sample introduction system,radio frequency generator,optical system,signal processing system,computer system.In order to maintain the instrument for optimum performance,it is often needed to maintain the instrument.This paper briefly introduces the basic structure of the instrument,the procedures for maintenance,diagnosis,servicing.更多还原
