【摘要】 以进口VS-KT-P型凯氏定氮仪为例,详细分析了仪器各部分的结构和工作原理,介绍了分析仪器维修过程中用国产元器件替代进口元器件的方法,说明在进口分析仪器的维修中,用国产原件代替进口原厂元件来修复仪器,可完全达到原仪器的技术指标和精度。旨在提供一种维修分析仪器特别是进口分析仪器的思路,以节约维修成本,缩短维修时间,延长仪器使用寿命。更多还原

【Abstract】 By taking imported VS-KT-P Kjeldahl nitrogen determination apparatus as an example,the study precisely analyzes the composition of all parts and the operating principle in apparatus,and introduces the method that the imported components are replaced to domestic ones in maintenance process of analytical instrument.It shows that the domestic components enable to achieve to the qualification and accuracy of original state instead of the imported ones.This work aims to provide a repairing method of the analytic apparatus,especially the imported ones,thus saving the maintenance cost,shortening maintenance time,as well as prolonging service life of the samplers.更多还原
