【摘要】 目的了解海淀区部分4~12月龄婴儿营养状况,母乳喂养与辅食添加情况。方法采用方便抽样方法对109名婴儿家长及主要喂养人进行询问调查并进行身长、体重测量。结果婴儿出生时平均体重为3 320 g,低体重出生率和巨大儿出生率分别为2.8%和10.2%;4月龄以内婴儿母乳喂养率、混合喂养率和人工喂养率分别为39.4%、52.3%和8.3%;平均开奶时间为6 h;4月龄及以上婴儿辅食添加率为98.0%;生长迟缓率、低体重率、消瘦率和肥胖率分别为0.9%、17.3%、18.2%和10.0%。结论 109名4~12月龄婴儿喂养存在不合理之处,应倡导母乳喂养,加强婴儿喂养的健康教育,改善婴儿营养和健康状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE The aim of the study was to explore the conditions in nutrition, breastfeeding, and supplementation of non-staple food among infants aged betwee 4-12 months old in Haidian District. METHODS Parents or primary feeders to109 infants were selected by convenience sampling and were orally surveyed; height and weight of the infants were also measured. RESULTS Average birth weight of the infants was 3320g, and occurence of low birth weight infants and macrosomia were 2.8% and 10.2%, respectively. Among infants below the age of 4 months, prevalence of breastfeeding, partial breastfeeding, and formula feeding were 39.4%, 52.3%, and 8.3%, respectively, and average feeding start time was 6 hours. Among infants over 4 months of age, supplementation of non-staple food was 98.0%, and occurrence of growth retardation,low body weight, emaciation, and obesity were 0.9%, 17.3%, 18.2%, and 10.0%, respectively. CONCLUSION Improper feeding patterns were observed among the 109 infants aged between 4-12 months old. Mothers should be encouraged to breastfeed their infants and health education on infant feeding should be strengthened, so to improve nutritional and health conditions of infants in the area.更多还原
