【摘要】 目的了解大学新生抑郁症状患病率,为大学生新生心理健康教育提供科学依据。方法抽取某高校某校区大一新生1 986人,运用抑郁流调中心用表(CES-D)对抑郁症状的流行率进行调查。结果 (1)新生中肯定存在抑郁的465人,占23.6%,可能存在抑郁的360人,占17.8%,总检出率为41.4%。(2)新生抑郁症状存在性别、家庭来源两因素上,差异有统计学意义,男生抑郁症状发生率显著高于女生(χ2=7.728,υ=2,P﹤0.05),来源城市新生抑郁症状发生率显著高于农村(χ2=14.339,υ=4,P﹤0.01),家庭经济越好抑郁症状发生率越低,但差异不显著。结论本研究大学生抑郁症状发生率受到性别、家庭来源、家庭经济3个因素影响,其总体抑郁状况高于中国西部大学生群体,有必要采取措施进行心理干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE The incidence rate of depressive symptoms among college freshmen was studied to provide a scientific reference for the development of mental health educational programs for college freshmen.METHODS 1 986 college freshmen from a campus of a university were randomly selected,and the prevalence of depressive symptoms among the students was studied using the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale(CES-D).RESULTS(1) 465 freshmen(23.6%) were tested positive for depression and 360 freshmen(17.8%) were possibly depressed,with a positive rate of 41.4%.(2) Significant difference in depressive symptoms existed between gender and family background;for example,incident rate among male students was significantly higher than that among female students(χ2= 7.728,υ = 2,P﹤0.05),and incident rate among students who came from urban areas was significantly higher than that among students who came from the countryside(χ2= 14.339,υ = 4,P﹤0.01).In addition,the wealthier the student’s family is,the lower the incidence rate of depressive symptoms was;nonetheless,the difference was not statistically significant.CONCLUSION The study indicates that the incidence rate of depressive symptoms among college freshmen is influenced by three factors,including gender,family background,and family economic situation.The overall level of depression is higher than typical college students in west China,suggesting that mental intervention has become necessary.更多还原
