【摘要】 目的分析威海某医院2009～2011年流感监测结果,探索流感流行特征及规律,为制定预防和控制策略提供依据。方法采集2009～2011年儿科门诊和发热门诊就诊病人的咽拭子标本,送威海市疾病预防控制中心(CDC)流感实验室检验并对结果做出分析。结果 2009年流感样病例(Influenza-like illness,ILI)6427例,占就诊人数的4.01%;2010年ILI5357例,占就诊人数的3.20%;2011年ILI6168例,占就诊人数的2.96%。2009年11～12月标本采集239份,阳性标本158份,检测阳性率为66.11%,优势株甲型H1N1占57.32%;2010年,标本采集577份,阳性标本78份,分离阳性率为13.52%;优势株乙型占80.77%;2011年,标本采集410份,阳性标本21份,分离阳性率为5.12%,优势株甲型H1N1占80.95%。流感阳性检出率与ILI例数之间呈正相关。15～24岁年龄组流感病毒阳性率及甲型H1N1阳性率最高。结论威海某哨点医院附近地区流感的流行高峰期为冬春季节。2009年11～12月以甲型H1N1型流行为主,2010年1～5月以乙型流行为主,2011年1～3月以甲型H1N1型流行为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the characteristics and laws of influenzas from 2009-2011 and provide scientific supports for influenzas prevention. METHODS The throat swabs samples from the outpatients with influenzas from 2009 to 2010 were collected and sent to local Center for Disease Control (CDC) for further testing. RESULTS ILI monitoring results showed that in 2009, 6 427 cases were ILI, the percentage being 4.01% , in 2010, 5 357 were ILI, the percentage being 3.20% , in 2011, the percentage being 2.96% , higher than those found in 2010 and 2011. The monitoring results on influenza virus showed that among 239 samples collected in 2009, there were 158 influenza positive, with the detection ratio 66.11, the main influenza type was A (H1N1)(57.32%). Among 577 samples collected in 2010, there were 78 influenza positive, with the detection ratio 13.52% , the main influenza type was B. Among 410 samples collected in 2011, there were 21 influenza positive, with the detection ratio 5.12%, the main influenza type was (H1N1)(80.95%). Influenza positive rate of ⅢLI was positively correlated with the number of cases. The positive rate of influenza virus and positive rate of H1N1 in age group of 15-24 years were the highest. CONCLUSION In winter and spring, there is the peak of influenza in the nearby areas of the sentinel hospital. Influenza A (H1N1) is the main influenza virus subtype in 2009 and B type is the main influenza virus sub- type from January to May in 2010, and the influenza A (H1N1) virus becomes the main influenza virus subtype form January to March in 2011.更多还原
