【摘要】 目的比较高校男女教师体力活动及健康状况的变化规律,为高校教师健康促进提供依据。方法利用国际体力活动短问卷,结合教师健康体检各项指标,对670名高校教师的体力活动及健康状况进行调查,并对男女教师的体力活动及各健康指标之间进行比较。结果男教师各项健康指标异常率均高于女教师(P﹤0.01);男女教师每周中强度、步行活动的天数[(1.71±1.31)、(2.12±2.20)d和(2.25±1.37)、(2.75±2.41)d]相比,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);男女教师每天静坐时间[(6.87±3.11)h和(6.05±2.74)h]相比,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);男女教师的中强度、步行的体力活动量[(863.70±655.12)、(721.41±522.11)MET和(995.45±671.78)、(891.77±554.23)MET]相比,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);男女教师体力活动量与健康指标(除了胸透异常、HBsAg阳性指标外)间有显著的负相关(P﹤0.05)。结论女教师中强度、步行的体力活动量明显大于男教师,并且身体健康状况好于男教师。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To compare the changing rules of physical activities and health status of college teachers,and to provide basis for their health promotion.METHODS Health status and physical activities of 670 teachers were investigated with IPAQ-S combined with indexes in physical examinations,and the comparison was made between their physical activities and health indexes.RESULTS The abnormal rates of health index of male teachers were higher than those of females(P﹤0.01).There was a significant difference(P﹤0.05)in the ratio of medium intensity and walking days between males and females[(1.71 ± 1.31、2.12 ± 2.20)d and(2.25 ± 1.37、2.75 ± 2.41)d];and there was an extremely significant difference(P﹤0.01)in sitting time between males and females[(6.87 ± 3.11)h and(6.05 ± 2.74)h];and there was extremely significant difference(P﹤0.01)in the ratio of medium intensity and walking PA capacity between males and females[(863.70 ± 655.12、721.41 ± 522.11)MET and(995.45 ± 671.78、891.77 ± 554.23)MET];significant negative correlation was observed(P﹤0.05)in the PA capacity and health index(excluding abnormal fluoroscopy and positive HBsAg)between males and females.CONCLUSION Female teachers took more part in medium intensity or walk PA than male teachers,and females’ physical condition was better than males.更多还原
