工作场所空气中六氟化硫的气相色谱--电子捕获检测法
Determination of sulfur hexafluoride in the workplace air by gas chromatography with ECD detection
【摘要】 目的建立工作场所空气中六氟化硫的气相色谱(电子捕获检测器)测定方法。方法用注射器直接采取工作场所空气中的六氟化硫,直接进气相色谱分析。以保留时间定性,外标法峰面积定量。结果六氟化硫的线性范围120~1800mg/m~3;1800~12160mg/m~3,检出限56mg/m~3。结论本法线性范围宽,完全可以测定工作场所空气中六氟化硫的,并具有良好的精密度与准确度。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To develop a method that determines the sulfur hexafluoride in workplace air by GC with ECD detector. METHODS Collected the workplace air with a syringe and directly conducted gas chromatography analysis. The results were made be qualitative by the retention time and quantitated by the peak area under external standard. RESULTS The linear range were 120-1800mg/m3and1800-12160mg/m3, and the detection limit was 56mg/m3. CONCLUSION The method can determinate the sulfur hexafluoride in workplace air with a wide linear range and it is precise and accurate.
