【摘要】 目的了解江西省上栗县、广丰县健康儿童肠道病毒携带状况。方法在上栗县、广丰县各调查2个乡镇10个年龄组健康儿童,上栗县调查100名,广丰县调查119名,采集儿童粪便标本进行肠道病毒检测。结果健康儿童肠道病毒阳性率为19.18%,非脊灰肠道病毒阳性率为16.89%。结论儿童肠道病毒阳性率随年龄的增长呈下降的趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To understand the carrying status of enterovirus among 0-15 years old healthy children in Jiangxi Province.METHODS 10 age groups were sampled in Shangli County and Guangfeng County.100 stool specimens were collected from two counties in Shangli County,and 119 stool specimens were collected from two counties in Guangfeng County.The enterovirus was determined by test.RESULTS The positive rate of enterovirus was 19.18%.The positive rate of non-polio enterovirus was 16.89%.CONCLUSION The positive rate of enterovirus has a declining trend along with the age growth.更多还原
