【摘要】 目的了解产后抑郁对初产妇产褥期身心康复情况的影响。方法采用爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)对2009年1月～2010年7月在东莞市妇幼保健院作产后42d体检的初产妇3433例进行调查。从中抽取产后抑郁患者403例作为观察组,同期选择401例在年龄、受教育水平、经济状况、孕产次、孕周和分娩方式等方面与观察组相匹配的无产后抑郁的初产妇作为对照组。采用自编的产后康复情况问卷调查两组对象的产后活动、睡眠质量、饮食、血常规、泌乳和子宫复旧等方面的情况,对上述6方面问题的发生率分别作组间比较。结果产后抑郁患者的产后活动、睡眠障碍、食欲不佳、贫血、缺钙和泌乳不足等问题的发生率均显著高于对照组,其子宫复旧情况显著差于对照组(χ2=8.153～281.518,P﹤0.05)。结论产后抑郁与产后身心康复状况关系密切。应采取恰当的措施,避免产后抑郁的发生,促进产妇的身体康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of postpartum depression on puerperium physical and psychological rehabilitation.METHODS A total of 3 433 patients with primiparas on the 42nd day postpartum between January 2009 and July 2010 were included in this study.They were evaluated with the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale(EPDS).403 cases with postpartum depression were selected as patient group,and 401 cases without postpartum depression matched by age,educational background,family economic status,gravidity and parity,gestational age,mode of delivery and neonatal sex,were taken as control group.A self-designed postpartum rehabilitation questionnaire was used to investigate the duration for the first time out-of-bed activity after delivery,appetite,sleep quality,mobilization and recreation during puerperium,as well as heamoglobin(Hb),serum calcium(Ca2+),lactigenous,lactating and uterine involution between two groups.RESULTS The level of mobilization,sleep quality,poor appetite,heamoglobin(Hb),serum calcium(Ca2+),lack of lactation,during puerperium in the patient group were worse than those in the control group(χ2 = 8.153-281.518,P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION Postpartum depression has negative effects on puerperium rehabilitation.It is necessary to prevent postpartum depression.更多还原
