【摘要】 目的调查西安市大学生无偿献血的知识、态度和行为以及相关的影响因素。方法 2011年3～4月,采用自编的调查问卷对西安市5所重点高校的650名大学生进行横断面现场调查。结果西安市大学生无偿献血率为22.7%。男生高于女生,老生高于新生,医学专业的学生高于非医学专业的学生。对无偿献血的认知得分,女生高于男生,老生高于新生,有献血史的学生高于无献血史的学生。在未来的献血态度上,女生的未来献血意愿高于男生、有献血史的学生高于无献血史的学生,父母支持献血的学生高于父母不支持的学生。结论西安市大学生有很高的献血意愿,推行健康教育和有力的宣传可以激励更多的高校学生参与无偿献血。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the knowledge,attitudes and behavior of college students in Xi’an and the influencing factors.METHODS Cross-sectional study was applied to the 650 students collected among 5 key universities in Xi’an.RESULTS The blood donation rate of college students in Xi’an was 22.7%,in whom the boys were more compared with the girls,the freshmen were less compared with the old students.And more students majored in medicine had ever participated in blood donation than those of non-medicine.The girls had higher scores in knowledge of blood donation than the boys,the old students had higher scores than the freshmen,the students who had ever donated blood had higher scores than the students who never.About the attitudes of blood donation,more girls had the intention to donate blood than boys and the students who had ever donated blood had the higher intention to donate blood than the students who never.And the students whose parents agreed with donating blood had the higher intention to donate blood than the students whose parents disagreed.CONCLUSION The college students in Xi’an have high intention to donate blood.Effective publicity and health education may motivate more college students to donate their blood voluntarily.更多还原
