新型桩式复合管棚套拱结构及其施工方法

【摘要】 地形偏压地段隧道洞口稳定性关系到整个隧道的施工和运营安全,是隧道建设者们面临的难题。桩式复合管棚套拱是一种新型支护结构,该结构既能发挥桩体的支护功能、降低边坡的刷方高度,又能提高其承载力,防止洞口边、仰坡下沉和滑移,是保证偏压地形和破碎软弱围岩隧道安全进洞和提高运营安全的有效方法。文章介绍了桩式复合管棚套拱的结构和施工方法,并进行了力学分析。

【Abstract】 It is a challenge for tunnel builders to keep a tunnel portal stable in a shallow buried section with bias pressure, which directly relates to construction and operation safety. In order to address this issue, a new composite arching structure with an umbrella and piles was adopted. This utilized the supporting property of the piles to reduce the cutting height of the side slope. It also improved the bearing capacity of the arching structure in order to prevent the portal and portal slope from subsiding and slipping, ensuring safe construction and operation of the tunnel in the section of bias pressure and fractured soft rock. This paper introduces the new composite arching structure and its construction method, and a mechanical analysis is carried out.
