【Abstract】 The market is booming,more and more books varieties.However,in professional,academic,knowledge, aesthetic value and taste,read relatively high overall quality of colleges and universities have experienced conflict,from the university library zero lending rate rise is sufficient to illustrate this point.One important reason is the book purchase problem.In order to find the reason of these problems and solve these problems,this paper did a lot of market research and consulting a large number of data,found that many unknown facts.This paper pointed out that the procurementof the problemwas notonly relevant to themselves,but also related to the book market and the publishing sector.This papergave a detailed description,and putforward the improvement measures and corresponding measures,many of which view was first appeared,such as the emphasis on electronic books interview and strengthen library cooperation and open access,believe that the University Library’s Acquisitioning inspire and help.At last,this paper pointed out the question and paradox of the acquistioningwook of university library,and the reasons were analyzed carefully unique,corresponding suggestions were given.更多还原
