浅谈科技情报(信息)类事业单位改革与科技情报管理体制创新

【摘要】 本文就我国科技情报(信息)类事业单位改革历程、现状以及科技情报(信息)机构管理体制与运行机制的创新,谈一点自己粗浅的看法。
【Abstract】 This article discussed the history and status of the institutions reform process of China’s science and technology intelligence(information),as well as the innovation of management system and operation mechanism of science and technology intelligence(information).
