【摘要】 打造南方高等教育高地,是实现广东高等教育跨越式发展的战略部署。目前需要深入讨论的是如何才能有效和快速地打造南方高等教育高地。本文结合作者多年来对广东高等教育发展与改革研究的体会,提出规划先行、观念更新、粤港澳合作、科教联合、对外开放、重心转移、特色取胜和教研引领八大等策略,作为对打造南方高等教育高地的初步思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 To build South China Highland of Higher Education is the strategy to achieve the leapfrog development of higher education of Guangdong Province.The in-depth discussions are currently required of how to effectively and quickly construct the Highland of Higher Education.The eight strategies on building South China Highland of Higher Education,such as planning first,updating concepts,Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau cooperation,combination of education and research,openingup,shifting of focus,excelling for the characteristics,and guiding by teaching and research,are proposed in this paper as the author’s initial thoughts based on his years of experience in the research of Guangdong higher education.更多还原
