【摘要】 目的初步分析口腔扁平苔藓患者舌象特点。方法对患者组110例口腔扁平苔藓患者及对照组34例正常人舌象特点进行观察,分析舌象变化与口腔扁平苔藓临床分型的相关性。结果患者组舌色淡红、白苔的检出率显著低于对照组;舌色紫瘀、黄苔、舌苔厚、润滑、燥涩、腻苔的检出率均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05)。糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者及舌部口腔扁平苔藓患者花剥苔的检出率显著增加(P均<0.05)。结论口腔扁平苔藓患者的中医症候与湿、热、瘀有关,其舌象变化一定程度上可以反映病情变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to primarily analyze the characters of tongue appearance of oral lichen planus(OLP) patients.Methods 110 oral lichen planus patients were selected as patient group and 34 normal people were selected as control group,and their tongue-appearance were observed to analyze the correlation between the clinical periods and the changes of tongue appearance.Results The detection rate of the tongue pink and white in patient group was significantly lower than that in healthy controls group;the detection rates of tongue stasis,yellow fur,thick fur,wet fur,dry fur and greasy fur in patient group were significantly higher than that of the control group.The detection rate of the stripping coating increased significantly in erosion OLP patients and in patients whose lesion were on the tongue.Conclusion The TCM syndrome is related with wet,heat and stasis in OLP patients,and these patients’ tongue appearance is helpful for syndrome differentiation and also is related with the clinical period.更多还原
