【摘要】 目的探索肠道外感与慢性功能性便秘(CFC)的内在联系。方法将168例热秘型CFC患者随机分为2组,对照组83例予口服麻子仁汤治疗,观察组85例予口服宣幽麻子仁汤治疗,疗程均为4周。分别观察2组患者治疗前后主症、出口症、梗阻症、全身症的症状积分变化。结果观察组临床的治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。2组间主症、出口症治疗后积分比较均有显著性差异(P均<0.01)。结论肠道外感是影响CFC的重要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to investigate the inter-correlation between intestinal tract disease caused by exogenous pathogenic factor and chronic functional constipation(CFC).Methods 168 patients with CFC due to heat were randomly divided into two groups.The 83 patients in control group were treated with oral Maziren decoction,the other 85 patients in observation group were treated with Xuanyoumoziren decoction,with a treatment course of 4 weeks for both groups.The changes of patinets’ main symptoms,outlet symptom,obstruction symptom and symptom scoring of systemic symptoms were observed and compared before and after treatment in both groups.Results The therapeutic effect in observation group was superior to that of control group(P<0.01).There were significant differences in the changes of main symptoms outlet symptom before and after treatment between two group(P<0.01).Conclusion The intestinal tract disease caused by exogenous pathogenic factor is an important factor that affects CFC.更多还原
