微流体结晶应用的最新进展
Recent application development of crystallization in microfluidics
【摘要】 介绍了微流体的特点与应用,重点总结了微流体结晶在高通量筛选蛋白质结晶条件、观测结晶成核和生长的动力学、探测多晶型、测量物质温度-浓度的溶解度相图等方面的应用,并对微流体结晶在将来所能应用到的领域做出了展望。
【Abstract】 The characteristics and applications of microfluidics are introduced. The application of crystallization in microfluidics in selecting the conditions of protein crystallization,investigating the kinetics of nucleation and growth in crystallization,probing polymorphism,measuring the solubility diagram of temperature-concentration,are highlighted. At last,the possible fields which crystallization in microfluidics can be applied to in the future are prospected.
