新型含氟织物整理剂的制备
Preparation of new fluorine-containing textile finishing agent
【摘要】 以甲基丙烯酸1,1,5-三氢全氟戊酯、丙烯酸丁酯为聚合单体,丁酮为溶剂,过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂制备含氟织物整理剂。研究了以甲基丙烯酸1,1,5-三氢全氟戊酯为功能单体的含氟织物整理剂的最佳工艺条件。研究表明:反应时间为4~5h,丁酮用量为30 mL,反应温度为80℃,甲基丙烯酸1,1,5-三氢全氟戊酯与丙烯酸丁酯物质的量的比为2∶1,引发剂用量为甲基丙烯酸1,1,5-三氢全氟戊酯质量的8%,烘干温度为90℃,得到的最终产品的防油级别为6级。
【Abstract】 A fluorine-containing textile finishing agent is synthesized with 1,1,5-tri-hydro-octafuoropentyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate as monomer,benzoyl peroxide as initiator and methyl ethyl ketone as solvent. The optimal reaction conditions are shown as follows: 4- 5 hours of reaction time,80℃ of reaction temperature,30 mL of the amount of methylethyl ketone,2∶ 1( molar ratio) of 1,1,5-tri-hydro-octafuoropentyl methacrylate to butyl acrylate,90℃ of drying temperature. The concentration of initiator is 8% of 1,1,5-tri-hydro-octafuoropentyl methacrylate. The level of the obtained oil proof finishing is 6.
