紫外分光光度计法测定EDDHA-Fe含量的研究
Study on determination of EDDHA-Fe content by UV spectrophotometer
【摘要】 以乙醛酸、乙二胺和苯酚为原料合成EDDHA,再与Fe离子螯合后得到EDDHA-Fe。采用紫外分光光度法探索其邻位含量与吸光度的关系,确定了最佳吸收波长为480 nm,线性范围为12.5~100μg/mL,线性系数R为0.99979,有一定的重复性,溶液的稳定性也较好,且测定最佳pH是4.87。验证了紫外测定的结果与高效液相色谱测定的结果呈正相关关系。
【Abstract】 EDDHA-Fe is synthesized by iron ions and EDDHA which is prepared with glyoxylic acid,ethanediamine and phenol as raw materials.UV spectrophotometer is employed to study the relationship between its ortho-position content and absorbance for EDDHA-Fe.The results show that the best absorption wavelength is 480 nm and the linear range is 12.5-100 μg/mL with linear coefficient of 0.9998.This method has good reproducibility and stability.The best pH for measurement is 4.87.It is proved that the results of the determination of EDDHA-Fe by UV are corelationship in the high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).
