【Abstract】 Democratic centralism is our Party’s fundamental system of organization and leadership as well as the key content of strengthening of ideological and political construction of leading group. Under the new situation, we shall take persisting and perfecting democratic centralism as the key content to strengthening the solidarity among leaders in universities and colleges, to improve leadership and to promote the construction of ideological politics.
