基于压控导电原理的电磁环境自适应防护罩设计
Design of adaptive EME shield based on voltage-controlled conductive principle
【摘要】 设计了一种具有能量选择特性的电磁防护罩,该防护罩基于PIN二极管压控导电特性,具有电磁环境自适应特点。通过分析PIN二极管压控导电特性,提出了防护罩设计方案,仿真研究了各因素对理想防护罩防护性能的影响,实验验证了防护罩的能量选择特性。在1.6 GHz以下频段,防护罩对弱电磁信号的衰减小于2 dB,对强电磁脉冲的屏蔽衰减大于18 dB,最大可达46 dB。
【Abstract】 An electromagnetism shield which has energy-selective feature,voltage-controlled conductive characteristic of PIN diode,and adaptive capacity in the electromagnetic environment(EME)was designed. The design scheme of the shield was proposed by analyzing the PIN diode voltage-controlled conductive characteristic. Simulation is carried out to analyze the effects of various factors on the performance of the ideal shield. The energy selective characteristics of the shield were verified in the experiments. Results show when the shield operates on frequency points below 1.6 GHz,the normal electromagnetism signal attenuation is less than 2 dB,the shielding effectiveness against high-power electromagnetic pulses is greater than 18 dB,and the peak value can reach 46 dB.
