【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize the experience of nursing in severe acute pancreatitis. Methods:Retrospective analysis of the clinical data and nursing methods of 78 patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Results:8 patients were cured,and no complications oc- curred in 1 patients.
