【摘要】 目的:探索普贝生——控释前列腺素E₂栓剂用于足月妊娠促宫颈成熟、催产的有效性和安全性。方法:采用随机抽查、对照研究的方法,50例为研究组,予阴道放置普贝生观察;50例对照组,予静脉滴注催产素观察。比较2组孕妇宫颈Bishop评分,分娩情况,对胎儿及新生儿的影响。结果:研究组孕妇用药后2、4、8、12小时宫颈Bishop评分分别为4.0±1.3、4.2±1.2、6.0±1.1和7.6±1.7,明显高于对照组3.7±1.4、3.8±0.8、4.1±1.1和4.6±1.2（P<0.01）。研究组孕妇临产发动时间、阴道分娩率明显高于对照组（P<0.01）。产程中研究组胎儿窘迫发生率、出生后1分钟、5分钟Apgan评分与对照组之间无统计学差异（p>0.05）。宫缩过度刺激是普贝生的主要副作用,但取药后可立即好转。结论:普贝生是一种有效、安全的促宫颈成熟的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of continuously- released dinoprostone suppositories prostaglandin ?2 suppositories for cervical ripening in pregnancies.Methods:Using randomized placebo- controlled study,50 cases as study group,received a dinoprostone suppositories inserting into vaginal,while 50 cases as control group received oxytocin through transvenous injecting.The cervical Bishop score,vaginal delivery rate,fetal and neonatal condition were compared between the two groups.Results:Cervical score of study group were significandy higher than control group in 2,4,8,12 hours after treatment(p <0.01).The time of labor starting and vaginal delivery rate of study group were significandy higher than control group(p <0.01).The incidence of fetal distress,cervical score of 1 minute and5minute after birth had not significant difference between the two groups.Over- stimulation of cervix was its main side effects,but improved immediately after drug removal.Conclusion:Dinoprostone suppositories is effective and safe in producing cervical ripening.更多还原
