【摘要】 目的:探讨肝蒂联合右肝静脉阻断在巨块型肝癌切除中的临床价值,降低患者死亡率。方法:选在我院就诊的120例巨块型肝癌患者,将其分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者行常规临床治疗,实验组患者行肝蒂联合右肝静脉阻断治疗,对比2组患者临床疗效。结果:实验组患者术中输血例数、术中出血量、手术时间和肝脏血流阻断时间等临床指标均显著优于对照组患者,2组患者临床疗效对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:由本次临床研究结果可见,在巨块型肝癌切除中,应用肝蒂联合右肝静脉阻断,具有较为满意的临床疗效,因而临床应用价值较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the hepatic pedicle combined with right hepatic vein occlusion in hepatocellular carcinoma resection in the clinical value,reduces mortality in patients with.Methods:In our hospital,120 cases of massive hepatocarcinoma patients,which could be divided into the experimental group and the control group,patients in the control group received routine treatment,the experimental group underwent hepatic pedicle combined with right hepatic vein occlusion therapy,compared the two groups of patients with clinical efficacy.Results:In patients with intraoperative blood transfusion cases,intraoperative bleeding,operation time and hepatic blood flow occlusion time and other clinical indices were significantly higher than that of the control group patients,two patients clinical curative effect contrast statistical differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The clinical results of visible,in massive hepatocellular carcinoma resection,hepatic pedicle combined application of right hepatic vein occlusion should be with satisfactory clinical curative effect,so the value of clinical application of high.更多还原
