【摘要】 目的:探讨门诊药房处方调配出现差错的原因和预防对策。方法:对2011年1月～2013年1月间本院门诊药房处方调配差错资料进行回顾性分析,总结差错原因和防范措施。结果:2年间共发生差错108例,发生差错的原因主要包括:医师因素、药师因素和其他因素。结论:加强针对性管理、规范处方调配规程、提高药房药学人员业务素质,可有效防范处方调配差错的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize and discuss the influencing factors and countermeasures of outpatient prescription deployment errors. Methods:The data of outpatient prescription deployment errors in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were collected and analyzed retrospectively.The influencing factors and countermeasures were summarized.Results:The total error cases were 108.The influencing factors were physician factors,pharmacists and other factors.Conclusion:Strengthening management,improving the professional quality of the pharmacy pharmacists could effectively prevent prescription deployment error occurred.更多还原
