【摘要】 目的:探讨小脑幕切开术在重型颅脑损伤(sTBI)患者脑疝复位中的应用效果。方法:分析我院接受小脑幕切开术的重型颅脑损伤伴脑疝患者的临床资料,总结手术要点和治疗效果。结果:本组按GOS评估法判定为Ⅰ级4例(10.00%),Ⅱ级3例(7.50%),Ⅲ级2例(5.00%),Ⅳ级14例(34.00%),V级16例(40.00%)。结论:小脑幕切开术在重度颅脑损伤伴脑疝中的应用效果明确,值得应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect about tentorium cerebella section in brain hernia reduction of severe traumatic brain injury. Methods:The clinical data of 40 cases received the tentorium cerebella section were analyzed,and the operation main points and effect were summarized.Results:There were 4 cases(10.00%) with I level,3 cases(7.50%) withⅡlevel,2 cases(5.00%) withⅢlevel,14 cases(34.00%) withⅣlevel and 16 cases(40.00%) with Vlevel according to the GOS.Conclusion:The effect about tentorium cerebella section in brain hernia reduction of severe traumatic brain injury should be obvious,so it’s worth being used.更多还原
