【摘要】 目的:探讨中西医结合治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法:分泌性中耳炎患者60例,根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组与对照组,各30例,对照组给予鼓膜穿刺抽液与口服红霉素治疗,在此基础上治疗组口服柴胡清肝汤剂。结果:治疗组的有效率为96.7%,对照组的有效率为87.9%,2组对比有明显差异(P<0.05)。随访3个月,治疗组的复发率为3.3%,对照组复发率为13.3%,2组对比有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:中耳炎的中西医治疗能有效提高治疗效果,而中医复合性作用可能是中耳炎复发率低的机制所在。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chinese and Western medicine combined treatment for otitis media. Methods: 60 cases of otitis media with effusion patients were divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received tympanic membrance puncture fluid and oral erythromycin, while the treatment group added oral bupleurum liver soup based on the basis of the control group. Results: The efficient of the treatment group was 96.7%, and the efficient of the control group was 87.9%, the difference between the two groups was siginificant (P<0.05). After followed up for 3 months, the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 3.3%, but the recurrence rate of the control group was 13.3%, the difference of the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Chinese and Western medicine combined treatment can improve the clinical efficacy. Moreover, the composite effect of the Chinese Medicine may be the mechanism for decreasing the recurrence rate of otitis media.更多还原
