【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症发生的原因、处理及预防方法。方法:对725例腹腔镜胆囊切除术中11例并发症临床资料的回顾性分析。结果:胆管损伤1例,术中出血3例,术后胆漏1例,胃肠道损伤1例,穿刺切口感染1例,皮下气肿3例,残余结石1例。结论:严格掌握手术指征,合理的手术技巧,规范的操作,熟悉胆囊管和血管的解剖及变异,及时果断的中转开腹等,可以有效的减少腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the causes, the treatment and the prevention methods of the complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods:The clinical data ofcomplications of 11 cases laparoscopic cholecystectomy were analyzed. Results:In 11 cases, bile duct injuring was 1 case; bile leakis 1 case after operation; Bleeding during operation was 3 cases; Gastrointestinal injury 1 case; Infection of incision was 1 case; residual stones 1 case. Conclusion:It must be perform the surgery indications strictly, reasonable operation skill, standard manipulation, familiar with the anatomic variation of cholecystic vessels and biliary ducts and abdominal operation. in time all methods can effectively decrease the complication of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.更多还原
