供应链社会资本、企业知识管理与产品创新——基于中国大陆十三个省市四个行业的实证研究
A Research on Social Capital in Supply Chain, Enterprise Knowledge Management and Product Innovation: An Empirical Investigation Based on Four Sectors of Thirteen Provinces and Cities in China’s mainland
【摘要】 供应链上的社会资本是企业重要的社会网络资源。面对竞争激烈的市场环境,社会资本对产品创新的影响意义越来越引起关注,但是缺少基于知识管理过程视角下的社会资本与产品创新的实证研究。本文探索性地提出了一个体现社会资本、知识管理过程以及产品创新之间关系的结构模型,通过对中国大陆十三个省市四个行业的280家企业收集调查问卷并运用SPSS和AMOS软件进行了数据分析。研究结果表明企业在实施产品创新项目中,供应链社会资本和知识管理过程积极影响企业产品创新能力。该研究为企业提升产品创新能力提供了理论基础和实践途径。
【Abstract】 Social capital in supply chain is necessary social network resource for cooperation.Facing the competitive market environment,the impact of social capital on product innovation is increasingly concerned,but the empirical study regarding social capital and product innovation based on the knowledge management process perspective is lacking.This research proposes an exploratory model concerning the structural relationship between social capital,knowledge management process and product innovation,and the samples indude 280 companies in four sectors covering thirteen provinces and cities in China’s mainland,the data are analyzed in the use of SPSS and AMOS software.Study shows that social capital and knowledge management process have positive effect on product innovation and this result provides a theoretical basis and practical ways for enterprises to enhance product innovation capabilities.
