【摘要】 目的对狭叶米口袋的正丁醇部分进行化学成分研究。方法采用正相硅胶、反相硅胶、聚酰胺柱层析进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果从狭叶米口袋正丁醇部分中分离鉴定了4个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(1)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、胡萝卜苷(3)和大豆苷元B-3-O-[α-D-鼠李糖基(1→2)-β-D-葡萄糖基(1→2)-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(4)。结论化合物2和4分别为黄酮类和三萜皂苷类化合物,是首次从狭叶米口袋中分离得到。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the chemical constituents of the n-butyl alcohol part of Gueldenstaedtia stenophylla Bunge.Method The n-butyl alcohol fraction of Gueldenstaedtia stenophylla Bunge was separated and purified by silica gel,ODS and poly amide column chromatography.The physicochemical property and spectral analysis were used to analyze the compound structures.Results Four compounds were obtained,and they were identified asβ-sitosterol(1),quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside(2),β-sitosterol glucoside(3),and soyabean saponin B-3-O-[α-D-rhamnose(1→2)-β-D-glucose(1→2)-β-D-glucuronic](4).Conclusion Compound 2,4 were flavanoid and triterpenoid saponin.These compounds were isolated for the first time fromGueldenstaedtia stenophylla Bunge.更多还原
