【摘要】 目的了解我院近年来降糖药的应用现状和发展趋势。方法利用我院计算机HIS系统数据库对我院2009～2011年胰岛素制剂和口服降糖药的用药金额及百分比、用药频度(DDDs)、日治疗费用(DDC)等数据进行统计、排序,做回顾性分析。结果我院降糖药的利用以胰岛素制剂的应用占主导地位,口服降糖药中二甲双胍的使用频度最高。结论我院该类药物的使用基本合理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To get the message of the application status and development trend of hypoglycemic agents in our hospital in recent years.Methods The sale amount,percentages,use frequency(DDDs) and treatment costs per day(DDC) of insulin preparations and oral hypoglycemic medication in our hospital from 2009 to 2011 were calculated by computer HIS system database.Results Consumption of insulin preparations was much higher than that of oral hypoglycemic medication.The use frequency of metformin was the highest of all in oral hypoglycemic agents.Conclusion The use of hypoglycemic agents in our hospital is reasonable on the whole.更多还原
