【摘要】 目的了解临床药师干预前后剖宫产围手术期预防使用抗菌药物的变化情况,推动医院合理用药工作的开展。方法调查2011～2012年临床药师干预前后各2月医院产科所有出院病例,对剖宫产围手术期抗菌药物应用状况进行回顾性调查分析。结果经临床药师干预后,剖宫产围手术期抗菌药物的选择、术后用药疗程、抗菌药物占总药费比率、抗菌药物使用强度更加趋于合理,使剖宫产药费大幅降低。结论在2011年抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动中,临床药师的干预对规范医院剖宫产围手术期预防使用抗菌药物起到促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application of antimicrobial agents in patients with cesarean section under the intervention of clinical pharmacist so as to promote rational use of drug in the hospital.Methods The prophylactic application of antimicrobial agents in the hospital was retrospectively studied and analyzed though investigating all of the cases of cesarean section during February-March in 2011(before the intervention of clinical pharmacist) and December in 2011-January in 2012(after the intervention of clinical pharmacist).Results After the intervention of clinical pharmacist,the utilization of antimicrobial agents was more rational,mean while the medication duration of antimicrobial agents,the proportion of antimicrobial agents in drugs and DDD were reduced significantly.Prophylactic application of antimicrobial agents was more rational after intervention,and the drug cost of the operation was reduced.Conclusion In the background of the Special Punishment Activity of the Clinical Application of Antimicrobial Agents,relevant measures of intervention played an active role in rational use of drugs in cesarean section.更多还原
