【摘要】 临床医学专业学位的建立与实施,不仅满足了目前对于医学人才数量的需求,更为高质量的医学人才培养提供了有力保障。但目前培养过程中生源情况、导师情况、住院医师规范培训制度等一系列的问题均或多或少的对整个培养过程产生影响。因此,在培养过程中,有针对性的调整培养方案,完善考核体系,进一步构建特色培养模式,最终达到培养合格临床医学专业学位硕士研究生的目标。更多还原
