中东某油田测井深度系统的误差分析及解决案例
Case of Well Logging Depth System Error Analysis and Its Solution in an Oil Field of Middle East
【摘要】 石油测井行业中深度是最重要的参数之一,各种测井响应参数都是建立在一定深度基础之上的参数。通常,测井深度都是比较准确的,每千米的井深总误差不允许超过1m。目前,绝大多数的测井设备用的是基于光电编码脉冲的方法产生测井输出的深度。最近,在中东A国发现了一口探井的测井深度和钻井提供的深度误差大大超出千分之一的标准。通过仔细探究测井深度系统工作原理,分析了产生误差的可能原因,最终找到马丁代克光电编码轮过度磨损的主要原因,在测井深度校正后,该井射孔试油成功,从而对该国油田解决类似问题提出了解决方案和建议。
【Abstract】 The depth is one of the most important parameters in wire-line logging technique of oil industry.All kinds of log responses and parameters of formation are based on some depth.Usually the logging depth is very accurate.The tolerant error per thousand meter in a well shall be less than one meter.Currently,most wire-line logging devices output the depth using photo-electric pulse encoder.In this paper,the author found that a difference between Driller’s depth and Logger’s depth was much more than the standard depth error tolerance of one thousandth in a side-track well in middle-east country A.Through deeply analyzing and depicting the fundamental and principle of logging depth system,after deep and complete investigations,the author found the main cause of bigger depth error was extreme grooving and wearing of photo-electric pulse wheels.After the log depth was corrected,the well was successfully perforated and tested.Furthermore,solutions and suggestions on solving this kind of problem in this country were proposed.
