菊花根围AM真菌季节性变化规律及影响因子

【摘要】 2011年1月-2011年12月,每月从河北省安国市中药材种植基地采集菊花根围土样,研究菌花根围AM真菌季节性变化规律。结果表明,AM真菌Shannon指数随时间推移先升后降,1月最低,9月最高。AM真菌均匀度6-10月高于其他月份,丰富度9月最高。聚类分析表明,6-9月AM真菌相似度高于其他月份。相关性分析表明,香浓维纳指数与土壤有机质含量极显著正相关,与速效磷含量显著正相关;均匀度与有机质、速效磷含量显著正相关。说明,菊花根围AM真菌季节变化与植物物候相一致,并与土壤因子密切相关。

【Abstract】 The objective of this paper is to investigate the seasonal variation of AM fungi of Dendranthema morifolium during the whole year.We collected Dendranthema morifolium rhizosphere soil monthly from January to December 2011 in Anguo,Hebei province.The PCR-DGGE technology is employed in this experiment.The results showed that AM fungi Shannon index was the lowest in January,and kept rising from January to September(the highest).The evenness of AM fungi from June to October was higher than any other months,and the species richness was the highest in September.As the Cluster analysis showed,the similarity of AM fungi in June,July,August,September were relatively high.The correlation analysis showed that Shannon index was significantly positive correlated with soil organic matter,and positive correlated with soil available P.The evenness had a significant positive correlation with soil organic matter and available P.It was concluded that the seasonal changes of AM fungi in Dendranthema morifolium rhizosphere was consistent with phenology and closely related to soil factors.
